This Privacy Policy informs you which personal data we process in direct connection with our FinanceMission Heroes game, including our financemissionheroes.ch website. In particular, we provide information on why, how and where we process personal data. We also provide information about the rights of individuals whose data we process.
In our General Privacy Statement, we inform you which personal data we process in connection with our activities and actions in general.

2. Definitions and legal bases
2.1 Definitions
Personal data are defined as all information relating to a specific or specifiable person. A data subject is a person about whom personal data is processed.
Processing includes all handling of personal data, regardless of the means and processes used, particularly the retention, disclosure, procurement, collection, deletion, storage, amendment, destruction and use of personal data.
2.2 Legal bases
We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection and the Ordinance to the Federal Act on Data Protection (OFADP).
3. Type, scope and purpose
We process the personal data that are necessary to be able to offer our game in a permanent, user-friendly, secure and reliable manner. Such personal data may, in particular, fall into the categories of contract and contact data, browser and device data, meta and marginal data and usage data as well as game data.
We process personal data for such duration as is required for the respective purpose(s) in connection with our game or by law. Personal data that are no longer required to be processed are anonymised or deleted.
We may have personal data processed by third parties. We may process personal data together with third parties or transfer them to third parties. Such third parties are, in particular, specialised providers whose services we make use of. We also guarantee the data protection of such third parties.
In this context, we process in particular information that a data subject transfers to us voluntarily and personally for the game and during the game. Users who transmit data about other persons are obliged to ensure data protection vis-à-vis such persons and to ensure the accuracy of such personal data.
4. Personal data abroad
In principle, we process personal data in Switzerland. However, we may also disclose or export personal data to other countries, in particular to process or have them processed there.
We may disclose personal data to all countries and territories on earth or anywhere else in the universe, provided that the law there guarantees adequate data protection in accordance with the assessment of the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or a Federal Council decree.
We may disclose personal data in countries whose laws do not provide adequate data protection, provided that appropriate data protection is ensured for other reasons, such as by corresponding contractual agreements, on the basis of standard data protection clauses or other appropriate safeguards. In exceptional cases, we may export personal data to countries without adequate or suitable data protection if the special data protection requirements are met in this respect, for example the express consent of the data subject or a direct connection with the conclusion or processing of a contract. Upon request, we will be happy to provide data subjects with information about any guarantees or provide a copy of such guarantees.
5. Rights of data subjects
Data subjects whose personal data we process have the rights guaranteed to them under Swiss data protection law. These include the right to information and the right to rectification, erasure or blocking of processed personal data.
Data subjects whose personal data we process have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. The supervisory authority for data protection is Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
6. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee a level of data security which is appropriate to the respective risk. Unfortunately, however, we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
Access to our game is via transport encryption (SSL/TLS, especially with Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure, which is abbreviated to HTTPS). Most browsers mark transport encryption with a padlock in the address bar.
7. Services of third parties
We use third-party services in order to be able to offer our game in a permanent, user-friendly, secure and reliable manner. Such services may also be used to embed content into our game or website. Such services require the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the users, otherwise the corresponding content cannot be transmitted.

8. Final provisions
We may amend and supplement this Privacy Policy at any time. We will inform you of such amendments and additions in an appropriate manner, in particular by publishing the latest Privacy Policy on our website.
